Pana..Sankranti...

Also known as Mahavishuba Sankranti.the traditional oriya new year on april14th each year.It is the first  day of oriya calender.On that day so many rituals taken places in the different  temple of orissa.but specially when we think about pana  its  a specially health drinks commonly mixed with fruit and water specially Bael fruit and made by mom or head ladies of the house.

Ingredients:

1. Bael (ripe)-1pc
2.Coconut(shredded)-1ns
3.Banana-2pc
4.Sweets (bundi)-for taste
5.Sugar-for taste 
  
How to make.

Crushed the Ripe Bael and mix all the ingredients in a  pan with sugar and water.It is better to crushed all this with your hand then put an a mixer grinder for smooth.Finally serve with coconut garnishing.

As I am not a food lover. I have seen in my home an try. Hope you like and try to make at home.

This is my second entry to Sky Watch Friday.

In the mid summer in India suddenly the cloudy weather change the temp from 47 Degrees to 33-40 Degrees. Normally in May summer remains it peak in India.So it may be a weak monsoon for next coming days.
